For customers further afield that do not have the required hardware to read/write our map files to an ECU or TCU, TuneTek offers a postal-based service to carry out the work you require. We cover the vast majority of vehicles manufactured up to 2020. Please Contact Us with your specific requirement.

Step 1 - Please ensure part numbers between your old and new ECU/TCU’s are an exact match before you go any further!

Step 2 - Remove ECU/TCU from your vehicle and securely post to us using appropriate packaging with your name, address & contact email / telephone number. If requesting a clone service please ensure your old and new/replacement ECU/TCU’s are clearly marked so we know which one to clone!

Step 3 - Once received, the required remapping work will be carried out promptly at our facility in Wirral

Step 4 - We will securely ship your ECU/TCU back to you (postal remap) and aim to have this back to you within 3 days of being received (U.K Customers), via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

In addition to cloning, we can also resolve issues with AdBlue, DPF, EGR, swirl flaps etc. DTC (P code faults) or provide performance / economy maps.
